How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery to their destination country.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition drops and clearance items are considered final sale.
How should I care for my Clandestine apparel?
To preserve the life of the prints and fabric, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry or using a low-heat tumble setting.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
