At Clandestine Industries, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until you receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
